Este martes se disputo el tramo contrarreloj en la 109 Edición del Giro de Italia sobre un trazado de 42 kilometros donde Filippo Ganna fue el mas Rápido en el tramo a tiempo el ciclista italiano del INEOS Grenadiers culmino con un tiempo de 45,53 a un promedio de velocidad de 54.922 km/h para llevarse la victoria en forma contundente sacando una diferencia de 1,54 a su compañero de equipo Thymen Arensman y tercero fue Rémi Cavagna del Groupama-FDJ a 1,59, Jonas Vingegaard del Visma | Lease a Bike queda a tan solo 27 segundos del actual líder de la general Afonso Eulálio del Team Bahrain Victorious. se vienen las etapas mas duras de montaña que serán la 14,16,19 y 20 falta mucho Giro por recorrer.

Nuestro compatriota Thomas Silva de equipo XDS Astana Team culmino posicion 114 a 53,26 a 7,33 de la etapa. En la clasificación general esta en la posición 64 a 57″32 del lider, sin lugar a dudas hizo el trazado pensando en llegar dentro los tiempos del porcentaje pero sabiendo quien fue el ganador era dificil no pensar en que había que darle para llegar y estar tranquilo, y pensar en la etapa once que es un trazado duro realmente,
