Jhonatan Narváez de ecuador se llevó la victoria en la cuarta etapa, Giulio Ciccone del Lidi-Trek es el nuevo líder de la General Individual., la cuarta etapa mostro un trazo de dos estrellas que no parresia que no habría grandes cambios ya que el puerto de segunda categoría estaba a falta de 50 kilómetros nuestro compatriota líder del Giro comenzó a quedar atras por intenso trabajo del Movistar que se puso adelante para seleccionar el grupo y llevara a su velocista el venezolano Orluis Aular, Thomas siempre tuvo a su lado al italiano Alberto Bettiol su escudero, 12 minutos de diferencia con el ganador llego Thomas Silva, no esta todo dicho falta mucho Giro y hay etapas a su medida y sabemos que no se quedara quieto y sin dudas habrá novedades.
